Huge names join Rock for People’s Iron Maiden day – 14 June 2026

Rock for People, one of Europe’s fastest-rising alternative festivals, has announced a huge new wave of acts for its special fifth day, headlined by heavy metal icons Iron Maiden.

Following the main four-day festival programme, led by Gorillaz, Limp Bizkit, Bring Me The Horizon and Halsey, this bonus standalone day on Sunday 14th June 2026 will deliver a full scale celebration of heavy music across all stages at Park 360 in Hradec Králové, Czechia, offering fans a truly unique chance to experience Iron Maiden in a dedicated setting.

Leading the charge are Grammy-nominated hardcore powerhouse Knocked Loose, one of the most vital and uncompromising heavy bands in the world right now. They’re joined Loathe, an experimental collective from Liverpool, often described as the future of metal and more than proving themselves as one of the country’s most exciting modern exports, alongside post-hardcore icons Alexisonfire, whose influence across alternative music is undeniable.

Adding to the real sense of heritage of the day will be British classic metal pioneers Saxon, whilst Rock for People’s knack for bringing together the freshest array of modern innovators is clear with the additions of Welsh rock favourites Florence Black, rising new wave of nu-metalers BLACKGOLD, L.A. hardcore breakout Militarie Gun, Florida’s Rain City Drive, the incredible “bimbocore” icon Scene Queen, and Japanese wolfmen Man With A Mission, returning after a hugely successful previous appearance.

These names and more add serious weight to a line-up that already boasts Alter Bridge, prog legends Queensrÿche, and post-rock mainstays God Is An Astronaut, making this fifth day a must for fans of both metal history and modern heavy music.

Rock for People will also introduce new comfort upgrades in 2026, including seating stands at the main stage, plus exclusive extras for Iron Maiden fans such as Trooper beer tastings and special Iron Maiden wine. With over 80% of tickets already sold, this is shaping up to be one of the most unmissable dates of the European festival summer.

Festival director Luděk Motyčka said: “For Iron Maiden and Rock for People fans, we have prepared a genre-themed day full of great bands. It’s not just about one star, but a dramaturgically thought-out day connecting metal legends with bands that are shaping the current hard music scene.”

Now entering its 31st year, Rock for People has evolved from a grassroots Czech rock gathering into one of Europe’s standout alternative festivals, drawing fans from across the world and fast becoming a must for British festival-goers looking for something new.

Located just 90 minutes east of Prague, Park 360 transforms each June into a vibrant, sustainable festival city, set among repurposed airfield bunkers and green parkland. Alongside its music programme of over 200 artists, the festival features theatre, film screenings, comedy, workshops, and a vast range of outstanding food and drink options at exceptional value. The atmosphere at Rock for People is defined by creativity, inclusivity, and community.

Rock for People 2026 takes place from 10-14 June in Park 360, Hradec Králové, Czechia. Now 80% sold out, remaining tickets are available via: https://rockforpeople.cz/en/tickets/
