Bilbao BBK Live 2026

Bilbao BBK Live festival has been officially declared an Event of Exceptional Public Interest (EEPI) by the Spanish Government on the occasion of its 20th edition, which will take place on July 9, 10, and 11, 2026. With this distinction, the festival becomes the first music event in the Basque Country to receive this designation, which is reserved for cultural, sporting, or social initiatives of special significance and international reach.

This designation not only acknowledges the festival’s legacy and its impact on culture and tourism, but also provides significant tax incentives for sponsoring companies in recognition of their contribution to the project, as established under the Patronage Law.

Bilbao​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ BBK Live marks its anniversary in 2026 with a first wave of artists that span genres, and this is set against the iconic Mount Kobetamendi backdrop, thus Bilbao BBK Live is Europe’s one of the summer festivals which you cannot miss. Alongside them, the lineup will be led with the major headliners like Robbie Williams, David Byrne, Lily Allen, IDLES, and Interpol, plus a wide range of globally acclaimed acts such as CMAT, Charlotte De Witte, Alabama Shakes, Belle and Sebastian, Richie Hawtin, and TOMORA.

Apart from that, the festival features a lot of Spanish and Basque young talents and will have great performances of Dani Fernández, Belén Aguilera, La M.O.D.A, Ralphie Choo, Depresión Sonora, and Xoel López. Bilbao BBK Live with so many different artist names to be revealed, is a vibrant and diverse local and international music culture celebration, which is also an exclusive pre-sale available now while general tickets will be on sale from 17th ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌December.

Each year, it brings together tens of thousands of attendees from around the world and has already surpassed one million cumulative visitors. Its lineup blends major names from the international music scene with emerging acts across genres such as rock, pop, electronic music, and other contemporary styles, creating a unique space where nature, music, and culture come together.

Artists who have played at Bilbao BBK Live include major headliners like Kylie Minogue, Pulp, and Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as many other acts across various genres. Recent performers include English Teacher, Amaia, Hofe, Bad Gyal, Michael Kiwanuka, and Raye, while past lineups have featured bands like Metallica, Grace Jones, and Massive Attack.
