Monegros Desert Festival 2026

The largest electronic music festival, the best rave in Spain, and more than 21 years,  Monegros ticks all the boxes of great music and arts festivals; despite the many efforts to type-cast the vast expanse of the festival, it is impossible to convey in words until you have experienced it yourself - A Life time experience!

Monegros continues to assert itself over the years as a key player on the festival circuit, in the desert; 40 000 people; and 22 hours of non-stop of the very best in electronic music.

The Monegros Desert is known for the Monegros Desert Festival, which takes place every mid-July, attracting thousands of Spaniards, famous DJs and band, and about 40,000 more electronic music lovers each year. Previously called the "Groove Parade" before it began in 1992, the festival takes place at the Finca Les Peñetes, approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Fraga - quite close to Bujaraloz. It takes place in a windowless, graffiti-filled hall called Flarida, with an approximate floor space of 3,000 square metres (32,000 sq ft).
