London’s most eclectic summer festival series is coming to Crystal Palace Bowl.
Palace Bowl presents a multi-day, open-air festival taking place this summer in this historically significant location. The festival boasts a huge choice of top-end street food and drink options, including craft ale and a rum shack, and is easily accessible from London and all over the South East thanks to various train and bus routes, including Crystal Palace (TfL Overground and National Rail), Penge West (TfL Overground and National Rail), and Gipsy Hill (National Rail).
So far this year, announcements have included Gace Jones, Kirk Franklin, Gary Numan, Masayoshi Takanaka and Bastille & The Wombats.

Grace Jones , Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Soul II Soul.
Grace Jones as singer, actress, author, traveller, artist and revolutionist has been a shape-shifting trouble-making meta-presence in the entertainment universe since her emergence as a model in New York City and Paris in the early 1970s.
With an impressive musical career that spans over 25-years, Sophie Ellis-Bextor has achieved five top 10 albums and eight top 10 singles.

Gospel Garden presents Kirk Franklin, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Fred Hammond, Mercy Chinwo, Jerub.

Gary Numan’s influence has been recognised by a diverse array of the world’s greatest artists—from Prince to Lady Gaga, Beck to Queens Of The Stone Age, and Foo Fighters to Nine Inch Nails, many of which have collaborated with Numan and covered or sampled tracks from his vast back catalogue. Numan’s unique, pioneering style continues to connect the world over, he has never stopped innovating.

City Pop Waves presents Masayoshi Takanaka, Junko Yagami, Himiko Kikuchi, Ginger Root (DJ Set).
Takanaka will return to the UK following two O2 Academy Brixton shows – sold out in minutes – and will perform an extended 2 hour show. Support will come from legendary jazz keyboardist Himiko Kikuchi, performing her 1987 jazz fusion masterpiece Flying Beagle in full, and Ginger Root (DJ set). City Pop Waves will be a first-of-its-kind outdoor festival celebrating Japanese music in the UK.

Bastille & The Wombats, Prima Queen, Cherryholt, Propaganda (DJ Set).
Bringing a one-off co-headline show to Crystal Palace Bowl: Bastille and Wombats.
Bastille are one of the most influential bands of a generation and one of the world’s most streamed bands, with over 13 million records sold including three UK no. 1 albums.
The Wombats emerged as leading lights of the late-‘00s indie rock scene with over 2.5 billion streams including hit singles ‘Let’s Dance to Joy Division’, ‘Moving to New York’ and ‘Kill the Director’.
