Sziget stands out as one of Europe’s music and cultural celebrations. Each August it unfurls on the expanse of Óbudai‑sziget—literally "Old Buda Island”—a 108‑hectare ( 266 acre) green speck nestled in the Danube just north of Budapest, Hungary.
